Approach
Proposing the conversion of an old unsuded hotel into a housing block, a theater school and an auditorium. This required a change of use and an expansion to accommodate the new facilities.
Partial demolition of the existing building. Planning for apartments on the upper floors and the theatre school on the ground floor. Constructing in the adjacent plot linked to the existing building, and designing a central square to host the flow of people.
